Kaitlyn is a 2017 senior at Knappa High School. I loved every bit of her session, which took place around a horse ranch / barn and their family cabin outside of Astoria.

We started outside with the gorgeous sky where she sat on the white fence next to multi-colored reins.

This was my first photo session that included a horse. Jake did cooperate, but her did require Kaitlyn to give commands, which was impressive to watch. Starting off in the stable then moving outside for a variety of poses that included Jake.

Next we moved to the family cabin location which was adjacent to a creek. I loved how the sun came through the trees in this photo.

Around the cabin we created different looks with the awesome wood textures as backgrounds and on steps.

I loved Kaitlyn’s great attitude and energy on the session. She also is a fierce competitor on the Knappa High School volleyball and basketball teams.
